Delete your Tellora account

From the app

1. Open Tellora and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

E-mail nyh770@gmail.com from the Google address you use with Tellora, with the subject “Delete my Tellora account”.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile, immediately from the app (within 30 days for a request by e-mail).
• A family space where you are the only member is deleted, with all its recordings, photos, stories and translations.
• A family space you own that has other members is not destroyed: ownership passes to the member with the highest role who joined first, so the family keeps its stories.
• In family spaces owned by someone else, you are removed from the members. Recordings you added stay in that family's archive; ask its owner to remove them.

An active Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.

Supprimer votre compte (français)

Dans l'application : Réglages › Supprimer le compte. Sans l'application : écrivez à nyh770@gmail.com depuis l'adresse Google utilisée. Depuis l'application, l'effacement est immédiat ; par e-mail, sous 30 jours. Un espace familial où vous êtes seul est supprimé ; s'il compte d'autres membres, il est transmis à l'un d'eux. Pensez à résilier l'abonnement dans Google Play.
